Kurt von Holzhausen has over 20 years of experience in advising and investing in both the financial technology and asset management sectors. Kurt has a track record of executing successful transactions for clients across various segments of the financial services industry, such as payments, banking, wealth management, insurance, data and analytics, and software. Over his career, Mr. von Holzhausen has advised on more than $50 billion in completed M&A transactions. Prior to his career at Goldman, he spent eight years with Morgan Stanley in its Financial Institutions Group. Some of his notable transactions include:

  • Advising iCapital Network on its strategic partnership with BlackRock
  • Advising Goldman Sachs on its acquisition of Honest Dollar
  • Advising Morgan Stanley on its acquisition of Solium Capital

Kurt von Holzhausen is also an active investor in early-stage fintech companies, such as Ember Technologies, Securrency, and Trust Stamp. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University.
